I’m not a day late this time! (See last week’s MPM to know what I’m talking about.) We didn’t have the black-eyed peas last week, so we’ll try it again sometime this week.
Monday: “General Tso Chicken” (a frozen dinner meal from Aldi) — (I’m not feeling “up” to doing anything much for supper tonight. I may or may not explain some of the reasons why. If I do, it’ll be in another post.)
Tuesday: Perhaps we’ll go to Chick-Fil-A for “Family night” and get free kids’ meals.
Wednesday: Black-eyed peas, rice, cornbread
Thursday: Pancakes
Friday: Jambalaya (with smoked sausage and shrimp), cornbread
